Elsie is a special skull. It's a combination of printed garland with appliqued florals and the skull is collaged and stitched in the center of the design.
The sleeve fits a standard 20"sq filler, has a zipper and is backed with mid grey melton . Lorna's stitched signature is on the back of the piece.
